David,
My name is Clay Shentrup and I am an employee of Zendesk. When creating my health insurance accounts, Trinet disclosed my Social Security number to both the dental and medical insurance providers. I've been trying for several weeks to get that issue resolved. I think the process is that Trinet needs to clear my SSN from the records that get pushed to the health companies, or set it to a random "dummy" number, so that it overwrites their existing records. I need to make sure that it's completely purged from their records, since the issue here is privacy, and there have historically been some substantial data leaks in the health insurance sector.
My HR person recently sent the following email to Karly Shannon, but I have heard no word back since then. I also submitted this issue as a case on the Trinet web site back in December (Case ID ______), but the issue was never handled.
I understand that these matters can take some time, but I would appreciate some feedback and an estimated time to fix this issue.
Thank you.
Clay Shentrup
